Prices and Payment

All prices are in £ sterling. Delivery charges are not included in the prices quoted.Please see below for the current postage and packing charges as these can be amended from time to time.Postal reductions or current offers are posted on the homepage(ie any free postage and packing offers).

Currently we have free p&p on all UK orders,FROM 28TH AUGUST 2017(FOR A LIMITED TIME)

We accept payment by paypal.Paypal is one of the worlds leading internet payment companies.It is used by millions of people daily and there service is a safe and secure way to pay.We,do not see any of your financial details.We receive an email confirmation from paypal.This confirms the payment,the order and delivery address.Please note,it may be necessary for us to confirm your address if this differs from the address on the paypal confirmation.

Our checkout takes you directly to the paypal secure server.If you require more information on paypal or setting up an account,please visit the paypal website www.paypal.co.uk.

If you wish to send a cheque or postal order,please note goods will not be despatched until the payment is received and cleared through our bank.

An invoice will be sent to you once we have established that we can fulfil your order, checked details and stock availability.

Delivery

Delivery charges quoted are for delivery within the mainland UK. We cannot guarantee delivery times but we aim to deliver as quickly as possible and despatch of your order will be confirmed by email.Despatch  is normally the same day if it is monday to friday before 2.30pm and by first class postage.If your order is particularly urgent then GUARANTEED NEXT DAY DELIVERY(SPECIAL DELIVERY)is available but this will incur an an additional charge.We are happy to confirm this charge for you.

Please note that delivery timescales may be longer around Bank holiday periods and during the month of December,so,please bear this in mind when ordering if your order is urgent.

Delivery Costs

The delivery costs for the UK are as follows:

FREE UK DELIVERY ONLY for orders over £35.00

FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS.....IF YOU LIVE ABROAD AND WISH TO ORDER,PLEASE CONTACT US AND WE CONFIRM IF WE CAN POST TO YOU.IF WE CAN THEN WE WILL CHECK THE POSTAGE RATES FOR YOU FOR YOUR ORDER.PLEASE NOTE IT WILL BE HIGHER THAN THE UK POSTAL RATES FOR INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING.WE APOLOGISE BUT WE CANNOT CURRENTLY OFFER FREE DELIVERY FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS.

Purchasing

All items offered on our website are subject to availability. To purchase any of the items on our Web Site, click the "Add to Basket" button shown on each product page. In line with new legislation from 13th june 2014,there will be a new button which gives you the option of THE RIGHT TO WITHDRAWAL before accepting the order.There will also be a new button confirming ORDER WITH OBLIGATION TO PAY.This should be used if you are happy to continue with the order.

When you place an order to purchase a product we will send you an e-mail confirming receipt of your order and containing the details of your order. Your order represents an offer to us to purchase a product which is accepted by us when we send e-mail confirmation to you that we've accepted your order .The contract will be filed. For safety reasons your order’s data are not accessible via internet. We keep these data in confidence according to our privacy policy.

Cancellation and Returns

You have the right to cancel your order within seven working days of delivery (starting the day after you receive the goods) and return them for a full refund.The items must be returned back to Martha and Bea within 10 days of you receiving the goods.

This will apply to your order unless you order goods made to your own specification.We cannot refund any items made to your specifications.

Should you cancel the contract we will then refund you the price you have paid for the goods(we will not refund any postage and packing charges)

 It is your responsibility to give notice of your wish to cancel within this cancellation period by email  to janewn66@talktalk.net . You are under a duty to take reasonable care of the goods. The goods must be returned,unused and in the original packaging, at your expense. We would recommend that you use a recorded delivery service and retain proof of your return.

Please ensure that the labels are not removed from the items.

For health and hygiene reasons we are unable to accept returns on earrings,unless the items are faulty. 

 Made to order items

Any orders which are made to order for a customer must be placed with a 25%non refundable deposit.

If you change your mind or wish to cancel the order and the goods have been made,then,we cannot refund the deposit paid.

Paying the balance of made to order items

The balance for all orders will be due prior to despatch along with the relevant postage and packaging charges.

Martha and Bea will contact you,usually by email to confirm the balance due.

The use of images taken by Martha and Bea for this website are not to be used by anyone else for any purpose.These are the sole property of Martha and Bea and are therefore protected under copyright law.

We will take further action against any individuals or companies found to be using our images for any purpose,without our authorisation.

Statutory Rights

These Terms and Conditions do not affect any of your statutory rights.
